I try very hard to work in a lunch here every time I'm visiting from Idaho. Prices are very reasonable and I'm always interested to hear about their secret taco. Food is amazing, but you locals know that already.
A place you cant go wrong. It's always SO GOOD. We came and it wasn't busy so we seated ourselves. We LOVE anything with their pork belly, I highly suggest their pork belly taco though that isn't what I got this time. We both got bowls; mine with lettuce instead of rice and his with cilantro lime rice and add black beans and avocado ( and additional charge of .95 and 1.95 respectively). Absolutely delicious. We devoured the chips and salsa before I got a photo but the chips are whole whole corn tortillas unbroken fried. It comes with salsa but there are also 2 sauces on the table, one red based with ha anero and one green based with jalapeno. The waiter was friendly and knowledgeable and kept checking on us. As per usual, it was a great time. 10 out of 10 will definitely visit again.
Love this place! They make some really unique tacos at great prices. My favs are pork belly and the Thai beef. Have to try these both! Staff are always friendly. I have not indulged at the bar as of yet but looks like they have some yummy sounding margaritas.
Came in Sunday for a little Sunday funday action at 12pm with a group of 5 plus my pup. We were sat instantly on the patio! The place is nice and clean and had more outside seating than I was expecting! I got the giant watermelon basil margarita which was so refreshing! I got 2 chicken chorizo breakfast tacos, they were very flavorful and the perfect amount! My friend got a horchata iced coffee and that was really good too! They even surprised my dog with a pup cup; which was so sweet and very appreciated. They were willing to split our checks a couple ways to make it more convenient for us figuring out the bill. This was my first time at this location and it's definitely my favorite of the locations I've been to! Service was attentive and friendly as well! Thank you for a lovely brunch!!
PLEASE bring the IMPOSSIBLE taco back!! Mas Taco is hands down the best tacos I ever had !! We live in the bay area but whenever we are in Sacramento we make sure we visit Mas Tacos . My wife absolutely LOVES their IMPOSSIBLE tacos(which they no longer serve) and the mushroom tacos. I love their 1. Pork Belly 2. Baja fish 3. Korean fried Chicken with laughing bun. Their Margaritas as amazing as well !!
I think Happy Hour at Mas Taco is one of my favorites. Plenty of different choices in the margarita camp. Some spicy, some sweet. All were delicious and creative. You cannot go wrong with their tacos. This particular night the "mystery taco" was a cauliflower option and MAN! was that thing flavorful. I could've ordered a few more of those tasty bits. Stupid good. Fries were tasty too. I have one gripe regarding Mas Taco. Service seems to be a hit and miss. Being seated at the bar? Excellent service. Super quick. But on more than one occasion while dining on their patio, I have sat ignored. Then another table walks in and receives service. Call me old fashioned, but I think that's sh**y. I get it, sometimes understaffing can be an issue. That doesn't bother me. Being ignored while another table (seated after us) is serviced - not a great feeling. Come eat flavorful tacos and drink delicious margaritas. Just sit at the bar.
